How I got into Bodybuilding?

I have been a competitive gymnast since the age of 11. I've always loved to compete in sports and stay fit. After retiring from competition, I coached part time and played around in the gym with my students

In November of 2002, a friend at work talked me into joining a gym in order to break up the work day and relieve some stress. While she went to the aerobic classes, I ran straight to the weight room. As i started to lift, my body responded very quickly and developed fast. I guess you can call that muscle memory...

I always loved the world of bodybuilding and fitness. I think muscle development is so beautiful. One of the trainers in the gym talked me into entering a fitness/figure competition and that opened a can of worms. I competed in 8 fitness & Figure shows in my first year. The harder I trained the more muscle I developed. Now , I would like to give fitness & figure a rest and try bodybuilding to see where it goes.

Hobbies: when I have free time, I spend it with my children, reading, sports, and baking cookies. ( lol)

Favorites: I love to travel to hot places, Miami, Can cun and Aruba. I love the beach. I love My favorite food is seafood and sushi. My favorite cheat food is chocolate chip mint inc cream. I enjoy movies and dancing.
